This was an upgrade of my Fitbit Charge 3, which I was perfectly happy with and was actually looking for a replacement but at the time, Best Buy only had the Charge 5 which I did purchase. I have so far really enjoyed everything about it. I Love the color the searching ease, the new watchband and the new charging plug as well as it being as reliable as my old model with keeping up with steps, cardio, sleeping etc.

Bought this as a gift for my mom, and she loves it! Definitely recommend! Easy for her to use and understand

My wife loves her Fitbit. She wears it everywhere, even in the pool. It's easy to maintain a charge.

I brought this as a upgrade for my partner over the previous one she had & she loves it! She was a bit skeptical @ first but did her research & started warming up to the thought. She likes that you can customize the display faces & band to fit her style. Also she really loves the zone minutes feature.

I have been a loyal supporter of Fitbit for over five years and all they do is disappoint me anymore. These watch lasted for about 4 months before it has to be replaced because the face was completely not lighting up anymore. It is now April, only seven months since my original purchase, and the replacement watch is completely broken. I'm not ever wasting my time with Fitbit again. On top of the watches just not lasting like they should, they are unattractive and look somewhat archaic. Not ever making that mistake again.

I love my fitbit charge 5. I can go days without charging and it tells me everything. Great price too.

Excellent fitness tracker. Easy configuration and easy to match to fitness apps.

Love it. Love being able to read it when I am outdoors. Has lower battery life than the Inspire, but it’s not too bad.

Better battery life than previous model. Like the fact that can wear it in the water.

My wife had fitbit for years but the quality was not great so she decided to go with a smart watch. While she really liked the smartwatch she didn't use most of the features and liked the stream line look of the fitbit better so picked up this new one. We'll see how long it lasts

Very easy to wear and use. Needed larger band and was very easy to change out.

Difficult to set up. Initially synced with App on iPhone, but timed out when updating watch. After that, would not sync again. Need to call geek squad support to get the watch to work. Don't buy unless you have a tech savy person to help!

Great tracker nice looking great features. Missing an altimeter that the charge 4 had, and you need all new bands.

Bought this for my wife. She's loving it so far with all the additional stats above and beyond steps/distance. Notifications are great for her job where she can't always have her phone near her by needs to see potentially important work relate calls (backwards pandemic policy where she can't have phone but needs to answer/return calls quickly). Setup was quick and easy. Wasn't looking for full blown smart watch, just small fitness tracker with loaded capabilities.

I love this tracker. Can't remove it from my hand. It is very comfortable on the hand with a nice clear display.

Good watch with many faces to choose from. Not the easiest to use though. Often look at the watch only to find it on different screens because my shirt made it change. I haven't quite figured out how to use all the aspects of it.

Could not get the heart rate monitor to work right.

Good design and features. However, returned to get next step up, the Fitbit Sense, for additional features.

Best Fitbit had so far. Easier to read. Color of band goes with more clothing.
