Too complicated for Seniors

I did not know I would have to go home and figure out how to put it together and then pair it with my phone. Tooo complicated. I ended up taking it back.

Happy little Charge 5!

Yes, I have read all the negatives and all the positives but took the chance anyway. I've had no issues at all and am really enjoying it. Biggest thing is to charge it all the way before doing anything else. Very happy- good price and it does everything I need it to.

Heart rate monitor sporadically stops

It worked perfectly at the first day but stopped monitoring the second day. I checked everything including band tightness, settings, etc., nothing worked except restarted the device. But it worked only one day, then secretly stopped working. I always must have checked it still working or not. I repeated again and again but it still stops after a day or so. I know this type of problems are difficult to find during manufacturing, but it is still true I wasted a lot of my time, including checking and returned it to the store.

Very poor battery performance and short life.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall, I think the Fitbit concept is great however in just over a years use of properly using and recharging, when the warning appeared so as not to ruin the battery with constant charge, it stopped working and is completely dead. Previously my Alta HR did the same thing. Don't think I will be buying another for this reason unless there is a major change in their policy or I can get the battery replaced.
