Not water resistant

Stops charging at 45%

This was a gift that didn't get opened until a week after purchase and the charging issue didn't become apparent until after the return window expired.

Disappointing performance of Fitbit charge 5

Notification of calls and messages stopped after about 4 weeks even when phone is in close Bluetooth connection. Now battery hardly lasts 24 hours after full charge

Stopped working within two months.

I've tried troubleshooting and tried restart but no luck. I honestly believe Fitbit knows about this problem and don't want to recall/replace a bunch of watches.
