It does what it claims to do. What I don't like is the software design. It is not easy to switch/swipe views. Sometimes it is responsive and other times it is not. Wish there was a way to customize it more so that functions used often can be accessed much quicker. Debating if I just return this and get a cheaper one.

Her only issue is that if she doesn’t have the Fitbit app open and running on the background of her phone, she won’t receive notifications (it wasn’t an issue previously).

The color LED screen is great and brightness allows outdoor readability.

I like the Fitbit Charge 5

The tracking is pretty good and works for my needs. The battery is lasting 5-7 days depending on use. I have not used the GPS much so am not able to speak to that use.
