Pleased with performance on tracking and visibility in daylight is excellent. Helps to keep me motivated.

I like the product but I do prefer the application accessibillity of earlier versions.

The fitbit charge 5 is a great addition to monitoring my health. It is the best advanced health and fitness tracker I have seen. I love the on the wrist ECG and have used it several time and it was accurate every time.

I like the charge 5 because it is not too big or bulky, yet it gives me all the info I need and want. I also like that I am not constantly charging the battery,

It’s a nice tracker. However there are a few things that I wish would work better considering the price is pushing into smart watch territory. For example the Bluetooth disconnects from my phone all the time. And the features that Fitbit advertised aren’t available yet (readiness score?) I’d wait on this.

Love the tracker. Only down side is the one I bought bricked and would t work 1st day. I called customer service for fit bit & they sent me a new one. Been great ever since.

I purchased the Charge 5 to replace my Alta HR. The main feature I use the device for is heart rate. The Charge 5 is very inaccurate, mainly when heart rate increases or decreases. There’s a long delay before it changes, but remains inaccurate. I’ve worn the Charge 5 and the Alta HR side-by-side and the Alta HR is always spot-on, when comparing to other devices, such as the heart rate feature on my blood pressure machine and oximeter. The Charge 5 isn’t even close most of the time. It’s been the same after multiple different firmware updates and resets. I highly regret purchasing the Charge 5 and do not recommend it whatsoever. I’ve cancelled my Fitbit Premium subscription and have gone back to wearing my old Alta HR. I will be looking into other brands, as Fitbit has really taken a turn for the worse under its new ownership.

Great tracker and the HR sensor is pretty good. I got this for my dad and he has been daily driving it for 6 months, he has encountered 0 issues and is really happy with his fitbit.

I like it but have realized the battery life is very short. Seems it is an issue for these but it was too late to exchange.

Absolutely love this watch super easy to understand as well as I love the sleek look the information that it stores is amazing. I highly recommend you will love it.

It's excellent, I really like it. The only drawback I see is the charging system. Sometimes it doesn't make good contact.

East use. Very low tech so good for older people who are not tech savy. Big fonts so easy to see.

Color, size, fit all great. Capabilities a bit disappointing but for price point they are ok.

Not sure how accurate the heart rate monitor is. It is all over the place

I love this watch and the features that come with the watch. The battery life could be better. It says up to 7 days battery life but mine last about 3 to 4 days. Always on display is off and only alerts i have are text and email alerts.

my first fitbit, and best buy agent assisted me well. i keep learning more each day, and the emails from fitbit are helpful.

Interesting watch face with colors and swiping unfo. Easy to use

Battery last around +3days full potential. Great for workouts and for track sleep.
