nice watch the band was not very good had to replace

The band broke off my charge 4. Display is much brighter. I can read it in daylight without my glasses. Couldn't do that with charge 4.

I absolutely love my Charge 5! The screen display took a little getting used to, but it is a brightly colored display that is easy to read and navigate.

Nice watch and fitness tracker Best Buy was extremely helpful

Works good.don’t care for the additional breathing data on the sleep score.

I bought this for my husband to replace and old fitbit he has. He constantly tells me how much he loves it. It almost gets on my nerves how much he tells me (LOL).

This watch has been amazing, my partner loves it! She uses it daily and consistently mentions how it has helped her manage and monitor her health!

initially I didn't like how much bulkier it is compared to the older models (I didn't go with any smart watch because I didn't want anything bulky) but I've got used to it. I actually like the new color interface. The battery also acted weird initially, as it needed a full recharge each day for the first 3 days. But since, the battery lasts a week+ which is an improvement also to the older models; despite having more stuff that it can do. overall, happy with the product

Great while it was working. This is the 3rd Fitbit and I will not be purchasing Fitbit again. It works for just over a year and then it quits. If you buy Fitbit, but the extended warranty from Best Buy as well. Not worth it otherwise.

Wanted to upgrade from a Charge 3 because it was too dim when I was running outside even at highest brightness. Charge 5 has more features and is much brighter.

Very satisfied with my Fitbit. I were it all the time except when changing. I’m obsessed with the App, I check it the minute I wake up every morning.

Better than fitbit charge 4. Integrates with the phone well. Tracking seems to be better than older versions.

The watch comes with a plastic band that gave me a horrible rash. Had to go online and order a leather band.

Nice color graphics much easier to read in bright sunlight. Swim lock helps me track better while swimming. The band supplied is super easy to use and doesn’t have the end sticking out to catch on clothing.

Great product with a reasonable price. Product was purchased for my mother in law so she can track her health without doing too much.
