Got this as a present for my mom and she loves it. The Apple Watch just had too many features for her that she didn’t want or need. This was perfect.

Loved it the first two weeks but now, I have to charge it every other day and it glitches when I'm in the middle of workouts and the tracking on the activity stops. I'll be looking to trade this in for something better.

It works great! Bought to keep myself motivated to get up and exercise and it does just that, thanks to the challenges incorporated within the app.

I bought this as a replacement for my charge 3 due to battery issues. After a few weeks, I wish I’d replaced it with an Apple Watch. The battery doesn’t last as long as the 3 (when it was new). It doesn’t always track data (I.e. - heart rate, sleep). But ironically, unless you lock the watch, it will sometimes start recording a run or swim when I’m not engaged in those activities. I hate having to lock the watch to prevent this from happening. Prior to purchase, I read the less than favorable reviews. But I decided since I liked the 3 so much….surely I would like this one. I wish I’d heeded the advice. If you like utilizing data, this version is not reliable. I’ll wear it for awhile since I just spent a little $ on it. But without a doubt, I won’t replace it with a Fitbit.

The FitBit 5 is very rugged, I ware it 24/7 and their customer service very helpful. Helps with your sleep time.

I wanted a simple pedometer with an easy to see watch and alarm. My Fitbit 3 got too dark and annoying to use as a watch and I didn't like how the alarm worked so I searched for a regular Ironman-style watch with a pedometer. Couldn't find one so I'm back with Fitbit. This version is more user friendly. I'm happy with it so far.

This is the 3rd Fitbit I have owned and I really like the product that they make.

Much better than the 4. My step count has gone way up not sure if I am just more active in the summer or this is more sensitive.

I would not recommend buying a refurbished product from Best Buy. They sold me a refurbished Fitbit Charge 5 in which the battery died 3 weeks after I bought it. When I came back to return it, they told me it was outside of the return period but the product was still in warranty. When I called Fitbit to return this still under warranty product, I was informed that the original connection date was 3 years prior (which I verified inside the device, which still worked only while plugged into the charger). The warranty period for a Fitbit is 1 year. Best Buy lied to me and sold me a faulty product. Will not trust them again.
