I preferred my Charge Four. But I broke the strap and the connection on it to the point that I need a new Fit Bit. I am an old man and very low tech. I phoned Fit Bit help but I could not understand the man in Columbia. I did stop by Best Buy in San Luis Obispo. The young lady sales staff was helpful in showing me how to navigate the screen. I have much mor to learn and need assistance. I also need a wrist band that doesn't dig into my wrist. I wish I had the Charge Four.

This is hands down, one of the best purchases I’ve ever made. It’s made getting in shape so much easier than I ever expected. I love it and am excited to put it on in the morning. Sometimes I sleep with it on just to see how I slept! Awesome.

Finally upgraded and it was worth it. Sleak design.

Got this for my wife for christmas and she loves it no problems and easy setup.

This Fitbit would not connect with my iPhone, even brought it into Best Buy Geek Squad and they could not connect with my iPhone. I had to return the Fitbit

Lots of nice features and stylish. Tracking health measurements for the most part is very reliable. Only complaint When swimming it doesn’t really track the work out that we’ll usually undervaluing the yardage by nearly 1000 or more and the pace of the work out.

Looks nice and functions well. Doesn’t do a efficient job of tracking HR while sleeping. Some of the functions where difficult to operate or make them function properly.

I had to get a replacement a few months after I bought it because the whole thing stopped working and wouldn't hold a charge. I tried resetting it and everything. Then a couple months after that replacement it happened again. Not sure what's up with this model, but it seems to be a common issue.

I bought this so i could track my heart rate and it consistently under-reports, especially during heavy exercise when I need it most. The device works fine when my heart rate is between 80 and 130, but when my heart rate gets over 150, the reported rate consistenltly drops to under 100. Today I looked at the device and it reported a heart rate of 98, so I stopped and measured it manually and got 168! I hike in steep terrain, so I think the device sees I am moving slowly and downgrades my heart rate because it doesn't think i should be working so hard. Note that this model does NOT have a sensor to detect altitude, so you will not get reports of flights of stairs climbed.
