    Lots of nice features and stylish. Tracking health measurements for the most part is very reliable. Only complaint When swimming it doesn’t really track the work out that we’ll usually undervaluing the yardage by nearly 1000 or more and the pace of the work out.

    stopped working a great deal of times but was unable to get it fixed or exchange it so it was money lost and lots of it

    The steps counting system I noticed isn’t accurate. I would be in bed and it will award me for hitting 10k steps.

    This is the best Fitbit that I've had...I've had several different ones and this battery has lasted the longest at 8 days. It doesn't burn my wrist like the sense did. Only wish weather was on there but other than that it's great!

    The worst purchase I ever made. It does not stay connected to my phone. Displays the wrong time. Every week when I charge it it takes me hours to get it reconnected to my phone. I try restarting it over and over before I can get it to connect. When the battery reaches 20% it shuts off and needs to be recharged and then we start the cycle of hours to get it re-connected. I will not buy another fitbit. No live support. Only forums that do not help. I have seen many people that have the same issues as me on the forums.
