    I purchased Fitbit Charge 5 to replace an older Fitbit that I have at for a while. I have always liked the feedback that the Fitbit gives. The newer Fitbit has a upgraded screen and a eastern charging adapter. Very happy with purchase.

    I’ve only owned this for a short time and I’m hoping it lasts longer than the versa 3 did. The versa 3 only lasted seven months and that was with one replacement. The charge 5 seems to be easy to navigate; however the EDA scan is difficult. The geek squad guy helped me with it and agreed that it didn’t make sense that it worked for him and not for me. I think it’s because my fingers are short. I gave up on the charge 3 because I couldn’t read it in the sunlight. This one works well in the sunlight.

    The bands do not stay on . Beware!! I just purchased this and Best Buy only gave a 14 day return RJ dow on this brand new Fitbit 5 . The clasp on mine is defective and will not stay on making this useless . 14 day return policy is ridiculous when the item is defective. So disappointed in Best Buy!! Wasted money !
