So i was reluctant to give up my surge, but it just wasn't hold the charge after 5 years. But this charge is amazing! I love the new EDA and ECG features.

This is my third fitbit that I've had in a span of 5 or 6 years and while it isn't my favorite (I loved my Versa), I really do love it. The display is bright and it auto tracks my workouts without me having to do it myself. The only thing that I don't like is that I have to turn my wrist a couple times for it to "auto wake". Overall, I'm pretty happy.

I used to be a massive Fitbit fan. I’ve owned and recommended many fitbit devices through the years. I will never buy another. Now both my Fitbit sense and my charge 5 have broken within a few months of each other. They get stuck in software loops and are complete junk. The company sends a replacement which breaks shortly after. My mother has had the same issue with her charge 4 that I got her last year for Christmas. These devices are terrible now. If it’s 1 month past warranty the company says “here is 30% off full price of a watch” and that’s it. Get a Garmin or an Apple Watch.

Upgraded my fiancée's Fitbit from a Charge 3 to a 5. So far, so good. She loves and I look like I actually had a good idea for her birthday.

I have owned Fitbit's for years, this ones design is the worst one yet. It will not stay in reliable contact with my skin so I don't get SPO2 readings. The features where you grab the side of the tracker so get a stress level measurement require you to squeeze so hard to get a connection the your hands shake from the stress.

Love my new Fitbit. Set up was easy. Slimer appearance C/t previous one and so far keeps a charge for several days.

Replaced my fit bit 3. The face is in color, easier to see. The band is a little strange until you get use to it.

I used this for about 6 months and changed to a Garmin because this watch randomly stopped tracking my routes. Gave it to my spouse to use as a step counter. Purchased May 2022. Stopped working July 2023. It's a throwaway step counter.

I purchase two of these in order to compare measurements, one put on my left arm and one on my right arm, and swapped them, and took measurements for few weeks. Unfortunately these devices are highly inaccurate, I wish they were, but not even close, one can show 15 min deep sleep, another one 1.5 hours, and it's typical. Overall it can discern very good sleep from very bad sleep, calculating score, but so can do I, the device is no value for me just to tell me I sleep very well or very little, I need to know more or less accurate my REM and deep sleep stages

Upgraded watch band. Easy to use, pair and read the data given to you. Less bulky compared to previous version

Bought this for my girlfriend to replace an aging FitBit and she is very happy with it so far. She loves the bright display and the new features.

This replaced a Charge 3 whose display died. This appears to be a very good product, only time will tell how durable it is. Printed instruction are sparce, need to go online for better instruction on how to use all the features. Wish there was a bigger selection of straps available.

Works very good. Can check my pulse anytime and easier than any other way. Easier to check my steps each instead of an app on my phone.

I do like the screen and band of the Charge 5 Fitbit. The reason I cannot give a 5 star is the battery. The first week I had it the battery lasted about 5 days. Now I’m lucky to get two days of battery life. Very frustrating.

I wore this daily for five months, until the band started to chaff my skin in a way that took two weeks of not wearing it in order for it to heal properly. Consider buying a replacement band. Six months of Premium is nice, but I don't think I'll renew it. The screen is bright, but a little unresponsive. Overall a good fitness band.

Easy to set up. Able to track steps, sleep, miles hourly activity and much much more. Charges quickly and has great battery life.

I love the fit, it feels more like a watch than only a tracker! It works great connecting with my other fitness apps too!

My charge 5 works well and is easy use. It totally helps me keep my fitness if the forefront every day.
