It's on sale for a reason.....Haven't had the watch for 24 hours and it's already died twice after being fully charged both times. I charged it to 100% when I got it, then set it up and wore it for five hours, it was dead before I went to bed (part of the point of why I got it was to track my sleep)...then this morning I woke up, took it off the charger at 5am and put it on and it's now 12pm and it's dead. What's the point of you have to take it on and off and charge it multiple times a day. I loved my charge 3, but the screen stopped working so I needed to get a new one, very disappointed.

I received this as a gift and I love it. It’s an upgrade from my old Fitbit, which I love because the battery lasts longer.

My wife refuses to bring it back, but I think her Charge 5 uses up battery way to fast. I have a charge 3 and I go almost a week before I have to recharge. She's hit and miss, but some days she has to re-charge it same day. Display is very vibrant, much better than my 3.

A lot easier to connect and use with my Cell Phone. More comfortable and better looking. It seems to work and look better than my Charge 3.

Good replacement for the charge 4. The only thing I really cant say that I like about the Fitbit's is that over about a year and a half they either lose screen brightness or battery capacity drops to almost nothing. This is the nature of batteries though and for the price I really have no other complaints.

I love my Fitbit charge 5. Two things keeping me from giving it 5 stars. ONE: I have to Tao it twice to get it on, doesn’t cone on with flick of wrist. The other is no reminder to move at 10 to the hour I am thinking it is a setting, but I don’t know how to do that

My main activity is swimming / exercise in a pool due to bad knee. Purchased this for water proof capability but disappointed that activity does not get tracked very well considering arms and legs are both working pretty hard. Band feels heavier than I thought it would be. Do enjoy all the other fitness tracking available.

The display went completely back after two years. Attempts to do a factory reboot do not work, and it appears to be a common problem for the Charge 5. Not recommended as a long-term device. The default wristband gave me a rash, but I was able to replace it with a third party.

Though it’s reasonably priced, I had an issue with trying to get it to track my sleep. I tried the steps provided on the Fitbit website and tried a bunch of other troubleshooting steps but unfortunately couldn’t get it to work.

I really like his fitbit. Got it because I could no longer easily read my smaller one... getting old stinks! Lots more features than I use and I don't pay for any additional features to be activated. But I still think it's great and a nice upgrade from my previous fitbit. Thought it might be too big, but found thinner wrist bands on Amazon and I'm happy with the size now. I do recommend buying a screen protector - I just got cheap ones off Amazon and they work great.

I bought the Fitbit for Mother's Day for my wife. She likes all the features especially the heart monitoring. Her only complaint is when she blow-dries her hair that is registered as a 5 minute or so bike ride. She has complained about it several times and is the only reason for the 1 star downgrade.

The app has great features but the watchea poorly designed. They fall apart 1-2 times within a year. I replace them because I like the app but this will be my last. If you don’t have a subscription and have never had a Fitbit, I would recommend trying something else first.
