Bought this for my wife. The setup was a little clunkier than we expected. The battery lasts for about 6 days, so that’s good. She finds it fairly comfortable. It does lose sync occasionally with her iPhone.

I love the way it fits, what it tracks, and how to charge it! The color and size of the band is just great.

Does everything a smart watch can with better battery time and ecg readings for a great price!

I’ve had it 33 days and only need to charge it weekly. Still learning how to use it for certain gym situations like the elliptical.

I bought this as a gift for my boyfriend. He loves it. Other reviewers mentioned that they weren't crazy about the clock faces, but he doesn't mind them. He is not sure that his steps are being counted accurately, but that has been his only complaint so far.

This is my fourth fitbit that i’ve owned. I’ve had a charge 2 and 2 Alta HRs as well as an apple watch SE and in terms of fitness tracking you can’t beat the charge 5. If you’re looking for something purely for fitness tracking then this is the one, you simply can’t beat the metrics. In love with the always on mode and the color screen is nice, however I do wish the faces were customizable and there was a b&w mode.

I was happy to see fitbit charge finally offered a color display... so much easier for me to read now.. not sure why it doesn't offer stairs climbed count anymore, but whatever. Took some time to get used to no button for getting back to main screen. All in all am very happy with it... so far lol

I have been a loyal supporter of Fitbit for over five years and all they do is disappoint me anymore. These watch lasted for about 4 months before it has to be replaced because the face was completely not lighting up anymore. It is now April, only seven months since my original purchase, and the replacement watch is completely broken. I'm not ever wasting my time with Fitbit again. On top of the watches just not lasting like they should, they are unattractive and look somewhat archaic. Not ever making that mistake again.

Does what it’s supposed to and is easy to use. Fitbit has always been my go to fitness tracker.

This product is terrible. The battery life is awful. Sometimes a charge lasts 4 days, sometimes it lasts one day. Now I can not get this to sync with my phone. The Inspire HR2 is much better.

The band completely broke when I was out -- caused me to lose the Fitbit (got kicked into a street grate) I'd only had the Fitbit for 2 weeks. And although it was clearly defective I can't get a replacement/refund since it's gone. Beware...

I am really excited and happy about my purchase. It keeps accurate data which is helpful.

Great watch. I have had it for a few months now and have no complaints. The only thing I changed was the band.

This was an upgrade of my Fitbit Charge 3, which I was perfectly happy with and was actually looking for a replacement but at the time, Best Buy only had the Charge 5 which I did purchase. I have so far really enjoyed everything about it. I Love the color the searching ease, the new watchband and the new charging plug as well as it being as reliable as my old model with keeping up with steps, cardio, sleeping etc.

This is a great fitness tracker at a good price! Love the long battery life....lasts a week!

I love my Fitbit I like that it's small and I like the band. Very comfortable. Would recommend it to anyone looking one

this replaced my charge 3. Very easy to activate and synch with my phone. Providing accurate information and a snap to use.
