She likes that she can respond to text messages on it and gets reminders and phone call notifications from her phone. She had the hr before this one and she enjoys the color on the screen of this watch. Not as fancy as the Apple Watch but it does the job without being bulky.

I am loving this new updated version! Still haven't used all the features yet as there are quite a few compared to my old Charge but will get there. I highly recommend this product. Its very comfortable to wear, love the gold color too. Looks more stylish than my previous Fitbits too.

Durable, but bad battery

This device (Charge 5) battery died around 14 months, 2 months after their 1-year warranty. After going through this with multiple generations of watches from Fitbit I firmly believe they are designed to fail just out of warranty. Very angry about this so I will dedicate some time to ensuring the public is informed about what a junk product they are selling.

Great Fitness Tracker

I upgraded from my Charge 3 and the Charge 5 is much better. My only complaint is the battery does not last 7 days as stated in Charge 5 description. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating.
