Upgraded from Charge 3. The screen is def brighter and easy to read in the sunlight. It's so comfortable I don't even notice that I'm wearing it. It's not hard to navigate without buttons. just watch a quick instructional video.

Died after a day of use

Just ended up dying on me within the first 8 hours. Wasn't able to turn it back on again. The troubleshooting experience is *TERRIBLE*. You have to use a series of 3 timed button presses on the CABLE of all things to restart it.

I like the color screen and but features are the same. The band doesn’t irritate my wrist and it’s easy to keep clean. I also like the magnetic charger.

Dead after just a few months

This appears to be a firmware update issue and Fitbit will not warranty the device. Purchase at your own risk.

I got a Lemon Fitbit Charge 5

Sometimes multiple times a day the band will come off. I think that I just have a bum tracker. I will return it to the store. My Hourly Activity misses steps and records no activity for period with activity. My sleep tracker, which is one of my favorite areas in Fitbit, often mis-records my sleep period, requiring manual adjustment.

Bum charger

It wouldn't charge my watch. As soon as I arrived home (after 5 days without the watch) I plugged it in to my home charger and it started charging. I have bought three chargers - two of them worked. (I tried all of the suggested fixes and the third charger never worked.)
