Nice product, with loads of features and shows you the different health metric on each swipe. The initial setup is simple and instructions are easy to understand. The product has a better look and feel, it does what it says. Connects with both Android and iOS.

I haven't had it that long, but so far it much better than my older model. It isn't the most comfortable to wear at night in order to use the sleep mode features, but there isn't much you can do about that.

My older Charge 3 needed to be replaced (display was fading) and chose the Charge 5. The display is bright and lively, and overall activity functions are much more intuitive. So far, no problems and great purchase.

Nice looking. However, the band keeps separating or on-latching and it's goes to the floor. I was being as careful as is reasonable. Take off a long-sleeved shirt or remove a sweatshirt and the thing comes off and it is on the ground before you know it. In fact, the stress is so little on the device that if you didn't hear it fall, you might walk away not knowing you left it behind. Back to my old Fitbit that never had this issue. What a bummer.

This Fitbit Watch is perfect in aiding my journey to weight loss. It tracks everything I need, especially reminding me occasionally to get up from my work computer to stretch and move around and drink water and more. I love the style and comfort.

It works well, but doesn't always keep track of my sleep hours and I need to tap it several times to turn on.

A solid Fitbit with much worse battery life than it promises, and a mediocre gps. I bought this mostly because of the battery life promise of several days - but find I need to charge it daily. It also has a built in GPS but I can never get it to connect and settle for having it use my phone GPS. Besides that it's a very good GOS and tracks everything I want. There are also lots of bands to choose from.

Its a very good product for aomeone who wants to track daily activities and health stats and is ready to wear it 24x7. I wanted to buy it for my mom but she isnt the one who will wear it always and since it tracks spo2 only at night automatically and i cannot check the spo2 when i want ... Thats the main issue infound with this product and couldn't buy it for my mom :(

Pretty accurate step counting as well as plenty of other features. Bought this for my daughter and she loves it

I bought my Charge 5 to replace my Charge 4 because the face fell off after 2 years of very easy use and the bands are very poorly made and kept breaking. I'm not very happy with my Charge that i just bought as it doesn't track my sleep very well all if at all and that is the main reason I bought it was to track my sleep.

The watch looks and feels nice, but the software and the premium features of thr app don't work correctly if you're night shift. Fitbit limits the time of day you can set activity, and calculates it's scores based on a day shift schedule. Daily Readiness will not work unless you sleep between 8pm to 11am. Even if you go to sleep before 11am it won't count as you having slept. It took so many emails to fitbit support and testing by changing my sleep schedule to find this out. Fitbit support is a major headache to deal with, and they confirmed that there's no plans to support night shift. So, if you're a day shift person this will be a nice little step into the world of fitness trackers. However, if you're a night shift person maybe look somewhere, because fitbit will not share your data with you.

On my 3rd ,they keep stopping to work. If I didn’t have all my history on Fitbit I would never buy another one.

My new Fitbit watch was so easy to set up. I’ve only been wearing it today so I’ll update this later.

Bought it for my wife. The app is a bit glitchy but the watch itself works well for its intended use.

This thing is really cool and works as advertised. My skin took a little while to get used to the band, but all is well now.

Used for it for many years. Hardly any issues with all the different models I’ve had, and if there’s been a problem for it customer service has been excellent, fast efficient and goes the extra mile.

Worst "smart" watch ever! Too many functions and the screen takes too long to come on. Every time you want to query about how many steps you've taken you have to stand there and spend a minute moving it through functions. Also too many congratulation messages - such a major pain!! I'm looking into buying a cheap watch on Amazon to replace it.

Doesn't work well, loses track of time, all the time. I constantly need to connect to my phone in order to update. My charge 4 worked so much better, wishing i had repurchased another charge 4 instead of this one. Will definitely not purchase another fitbit after wasting more than $100 on this pice of junk thay doesnt work.

Battery life is not good at all… only gets about a day before having to fully charge is. Wished there were more clock faces available

I wanted a device that would let me simplify and focus on my health, and this is just what I wanted. My Apple Watch battery was becoming an issue and I just couldn’t justify spending that much when this Fitbit would do everything I really needed.
