I have to say, much more useful than an iWatch in relation to your health. And much more affordable. If you actually use the features on it you will get improve your health.

Love my new Fitbit. I could have ordered it online from the manufacturer, but could get it the same day from Best Buy at the same sale price. I had a Charge 3 and am pleased with the added features of the Charge 5.

Like it better than charge 2 which I had several years. It synced to my phone for phone calls and emails. I like the daily stats

Haven't even had it two years and it stopped working. Lousy quality for the price.

Clunky interface and spotty GPS performance. Also very surprising to me that it doesn't track flights of stairs.

So far, my purchase has performed in a manner that has met my expectations to date. Only time will determine how it will continue to perform going forward. But, so saying, just great.

I have had several models of the Fitbit - the latest one Charge 5 has serious flaws - The Need to be charged frequently is a major headache. Als it does not seem to measure the same as the previous model. The same exercise that I have been doing for years now does not seem to produce the same heart rate as I had only the day before on the Charge 3.

I love my Fitbit trackers, and this is my fourth one. I tried a couple cheaper trackers but they were not accurate and did not provide the motivation I apparently need. I will stick with Fitbit from now on.

Best Buy was wonderful, but I returned the Fitbit as while I was setting it up there were several apps that you need and all had crazy fees and I decided it was way to expensive for me!!!

this thing doesn't track steps right, will rest to zero multiple times a day, lost over 15K steps today thanks to this piece of crap. after work tomorrow will be returning this for a Garmin. every fit bit I have had has lasted 15 months, which is not acceptable, this one is the worst yet. fancy at first glance but a deal breaker, done with fitbit!!

Can't give it zero, or I would. Didn't work, didn't monitor steps. Big discrepancy with iPhone Pedometer. Brought back for return. Had to get shipped. What I got this morning was obviously not factory sealed, Box broken, not new. Very disgusted with Best Buy bad service.

In keeping with the new trends, fitbit has decided to charge for utilizing features that are already built into the device. Not being a fan of the practice, my wife (recipient of the gift) decided to sideline it for her new apple watch. Let's hope Apple does not decide to go down the same path.

My last FitBit was a Charge 3. this is a large improvement in functionality and aesthetics. Not sure of what some of the things like the EDA scan even is, but I like the bright color screen
