Best fitness watch available in Best Buy. I needed a replacement watch and this was perfect replacement

I received this as a gift. I love it. The band is comfortable and has a lot of adjustments.

Love my Charge 5 for the screen alone. This fitbit is comfortable and really easy to see outdoors. I wear it daily.

It worked fine for...6 DAYS. Yesterday I was working out with it and it worked fine. Looked at it in the afternoon and it was completely BLACK. DEAD AS A DOORNAIL! Now for all the return hassles dealing with Fitbit. BB says it's out of their hands. Yuk!

Software/ firmware issues. Didn't work well with Samsung phones. Retired it for a galaxy watch.

Easy to read. The charger is longer than on the previous Fitbit, making it easier to charge. I really like the ECG function.

Still doesn’t have ecg app on the device that was the main sell for this product does the normal things for a Fitbit besides that

I like that it will do an EKG. Still get steps when I crochet sitting in my chair because my arm is moving.

It gives me the data I need to monitor my daily fitness, especially walking and calorie burn.

I've had it for one year and the screen has gone totally black.. I cannot get it back.

I upgraded from a Charge 3 and really like the new one. The best thing is that I can read it in full sun.

I got the notifications ever worked talk to support 3 times so i went to Best Buy to exchange it in case mine was defective the 2nd received notifications but not the iMessage notifications so i will return it which really sucks because i was so excited for it

It was great when it worked. They want you to wear it to bed. the charging piece fell off the back, but it was still charging for a while. Now it has a red X on the front and won't function at all.

Very disappointed! I have to buy a new one EVERY 2 years! Not worth it.

Less than a year old and it died. Gps tracking is way off. I ran a 10 mile race, said I hit 10 miles with 2 miles left in the race. This was the first and last Fitbit I will ever buy. SAVE YOUR MONEY and buy something else.

I traded it a Charge 3 for the Charge 5 and I’m disappointed. It doesn’t let me know when I get a call on iPhone and the relax app doesn’t work on it

stopped working after 3 months. It is fully charged and the screen will not turn on. I have done the reset with the usb cord. I get the logo and then screen goes back to black and unresponsive. This is very disappointing.

I like all the updated features. I am enjoying receiving the notifications on my fitbit. I wish that it had a leather band

I decided to upgrade to the charge 5 after using the chage 4 for a year since it was advertised to have the same battery life if not more with addidtional features. I then come to find out that instead of these features being available to the new watch theyre alsonlocked behind a 10$ a month paywall. Okay well they do ffer you a 6 month membership trial, but these features arent even available yet so im paying 200$ for a fitness band with features locked behind a 10$ a month paywall. At this point im just going to go back to my charge 4 and return this product.
