Lasted 14 months until the screen went black. The fitbit needed an update and after that would not sync. I did everything that was recommended in the fitbit forums. I reset many times from the charger button, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I called and customer support could not help either. The screen just blew out I suppose. When I reset, the fitbit logo shows a second then goes black. Thats it. The lights on the bottow light up but the screen was just not responding. Fitbit gave me a 35% discount to buy a new fitbit since i was over warranty so i give them 2 stars for that. Something better than nothing...Something is wrong with this fitbit as i read many people had the same issue.. Synching was a problem too. It took too long most of the time.. I initially went to best buy to see if maybe they knew of a solution and they sent me to the cell phone workers to help...they of course couldnt help..didnt want to help..its always a hit or miss with the friendliness at the best buy phone employee area..there is always someone there with a bad attitude.

It looks good but has already stopped letting me know when to walk and I can't figure out how to correct it. It gives you zones minutes but does not count floors. It keeps asking me to add a credit card which I have no intention of doing. The battery life is very short. I have to charge it every 2 days and that is if I don't wear it to bed. I bought extra bands for it. They are very easy to change. However, the band colors are very bland and I can't find the colors I want.

I love the upgrade of the full color screen over my previous charge. It took a little bit to configure the screen the way I like it, but now I'm pretty happy with it.

Im not sure if the build in GPS has made the updated Charge 5 tracker more delicate but it crashed and completely stopped working within 6-months. My last one (the older version) lasted well over 3 years

Nice replacement for now outdated fitbit flex. Only thing missing is audio control support

Love this watch. It's a great watch for exercising.

Bought for my wife when her Charge 2 quit working. Seems to be working fine but the directions aren't clear on how to set up and what the watch can do. If you don't need all the bells and whistles of those big clunky watches, this is the one for you.

great buy, my Fitbit charge 3 had died. Could not read the screen, it was so dim. This charge 5 has a larger display which makes it easier to read. Still learning all the controls.

I am still trying to figure out some of the settings and how to use my device. Didn't cime with much instructions on how to get the most out of my device.

I love the brighter display and the ecg function. My second fitbit! Love it!

Yes, I really like the Charge 5. On my previous Fitbit I couldn't see the time when out in the sun. This new one is bright and colorful.

Works as well as my previously owned one which died unexpectedly after one year. Lovely gold rose gold color which is unexpected. Linked immediately to my phone and account seamlessly.

The Fitbit Charge is everything I hoped to find in the device. Wear it all the time and appreciate the feedback of my activities. It has encouraged me to improve my fitness

works great. Had some issues with loss of Bluetooth connections which require the unit to be reset

Nice replacement for my Charge3 that I broke. Only concern is the the new band style seems designed in a way that it will have to be replaced more often.

A huge uplift from Charge 4. Not only is the screen with colors (yay), but the watch is much more responsive. Really noticeable when acquiring GPS signal and such.

The original watch band is not very comfortable so I ordered different watch bands that are a much better fit.
