This would have been my 4th Fitbit Tracker; but, I found the screen difficult to read; but the real issue I had and caused me to return it was the snooze feature for the alarms and timers; when you hit snooze it continue to buzz for another 5 to 10 seonds; this was extremely annoying; it is probably just a software update; but since I found a lot others complaining about the same thing and nothing getting done, I returned it and went back to my Versa 2.

We had a Charge 3 for a few years; even after the screen failed, the data was still transmitting. We are hoping this one lasts longer than 13 months.

While I liked the style, features and comfort of this Fitbit Charge 5, I ended up returning it because it didn’t surpass the features of my Apple Watch. I was hoping it would add additional information along with my use of my Apple Watch but it fell short of my expectations. Sadly, I couldn’t justify the cost to keep it. For someone who does not have an Apple Watch, the Fitbit Charge 5 is an awesome device. I did like that the battery lasted a week vs just one day battery life with Apple Watch.

Really like my new Fitbit. It works great and offers a lot of options for personal health tracking. So comfortable to wear too.

I like what the watch does but the band will wear out quickly, just like the band on my last one, a Fitbit 2. The small piece of rubber won’t last long being squeezed through the other half of the watch band. I like dealing with Best Buy, but hope I didn’t make a mistake on this model of Fitbit! Can’t really give a complete review as the watch technically isn’t even broken in. Only charged it once.

Features are good but battery life has suddenly declined to the point I have to charge it 2 times per day. This seems to be a known defect according to all the complaints on the Fitbit website. I purchased less than 10 months ago. Fitbit customer support is shipping me a replacement so hopefully this second one will last longer.

Bought this as an upgrade to the Charge 3. There are many great upgrade on this device that make the upgrade worthwhile. It's compact and comfortable, but I did swap out the Rubber bands for a 3rd party cloth velcro band.

I didn’t think I would like this, but I find it really invaluable, especially at 66 years old, measuring many of my fitness goals, and health checks

Fitbit Charge 5 is fairly easy to setup and pair with phone . I like the big display as it is easy to read

Had to be replaced a few months after purchase but this one seems to still be working. Quite disappointed one has to pay a monthly fee to gain basic APP information. This was a change Fitbit recently instituted and another reason for only 3 stars. Purchased the Fitbit but now disappointed.

Works exactly as expected! I like that it syncs with the phone to receive messages and phone call notifications. I bought a different band and have had no problems with it.

When I wanted to upgrade from my Charge 4, I chose this model. It has a nice color display, tracks as well as expected, and charges much quicker than my previous model.

I love the size of the numbers. easy to read. It motivates me to meet my goals I have to recharge every 2 days or so. I wish it had longer battery life

Worked great but broke within a few months. Luckily warranty replaced it quickly.

The product is quite fragile if you plan to use the band for tracking sports practice or anything that puts the charge five at a risk of getting caught on something do not buy this. The clip system that attaches the band is the failure point so instead of just coming unclipped the plastic lock breaks off making it impossible to reattach. Quite disappointing

It was working great but I lost it. The magnetic band I put on it failed and I was unable to find it. But it was working great for the 3 days I wore it.

Had a Fitbit Charge 3 and loved it but upgraded to a Versa 3. Bought the Charge 5 for my wife so she can track her activities. I know she'll love it when she gets more accustomed to all it's features.

Very comfortable. I love the color display. Is easy to see in direct sunlight. Prompts you to move every hour. I just love all the features.

I already have a fitbit charge 4 and I bought this charge 5 for my wife and she is completely happy with it. she uses it every day for fitness.
