Great beginning fitness tracker

Disappointed!

Quite disappointed one has to pay a monthly fee to gain basic APP information. This was a change Fitbit recently instituted and another reason for only 3 stars. Purchased the Fitbit but now disappointed.

I did get a new band right away because I dont like the one it comes with but this is a personal preference. I like how this one auto detects your workouts or movement.

Mine seems to have an altimeter and counts stairs so I don't understand all the reviews stating that they took it away on this model. My only complaint is sometimes the heart rate monitor deactivates itself from time to time.
