Underwhelmed. Loved previous Fitbits, but it feels like it has not progressed much. Also, it seemed too small on my wrist - not the band, but the watch. Feels more like a bracelet. I stopped wearing this after one week. Also, the home screen doesn't show weekday, which I really wanted. Too much money for what it is.

Replaced my old Fitbit with this newer model. Very happy just wish the oxygen sensor was available without having to subscribe to premium service. Did not accept as it didn’t seem worth the price

Fitbit is an awesome fitness tracker and outperforms the Apple Watch in terms of keeping track of activity

I had an Apple watch and wound up Getting rid of it and buying this which is a much better option. The companion app is great as well, And I have no complaints at all definitely recommend it

Disappointed in some changes with Fitbitv5....no more steps for example; battery needs to be charged more frequently. ..after 1 day down to low 70's. Do not care for new type of band . Durability of fitbit not great. Seems a replacement needed every 2 years. Liked Fitbit 4 much better.

I am happy with the performance of my charge five. I wear it day and night. The only problem I have encountered is having to charge it every two days.

Bought this for a birthday gift, she loves it, helps her track her walks and keep up with her health! Would buy again!

Loved this Fitbit as my daily wear. Unfortunately I upgraded to the pixel watch when I went for a swim and forgot to lock it in swim settings.

This was a replacement Fitbit for one I had purchased from an unapproved Amazon supplier.Fitbit did not honor warranty.They still have not honored 6 month free premium membership on new Fitbit from Best Buy. I do like features. That is reason I put up with Fitbit.

Definitely worth the upgrade! More accurate and the color screen makes checking my stats fun! Down side is it takes more battery so will need the charge more often.

So far good. It does everything it is supposed to do. Good battery life, 5 -6 days. I would recommend this fitbit charge 5.

I bought this Fitbit for my fiancé as a Christmas gift and he loves it! He previously had and older version of the Fitbit charge, so this is a nice upgrade for him!

initially I didn't like how much bulkier it is compared to the older models (I didn't go with any smart watch because I didn't want anything bulky) but I've got used to it. I actually like the new color interface. The battery also acted weird initially, as it needed a full recharge each day for the first 3 days. But since, the battery lasts a week+ which is an improvement also to the older models; despite having more stuff that it can do. overall, happy with the product
