I’m glad I didn’t spend the extra money on a Sense or more expensive model. I did buy smaller bands as it had the standard wide band.

my husband just had open heart surgery and this device provides us what we need to monitor his heart health.

Long battery life. Easy to use but needed to change the band. The original band felt to warm & sticky

I went fron charge 3 to the 5 Love the 5 easy to ser in the sun. I would definitely recommend I did buy a slimer band for it.

I wish the band it came with was more comfortable. I ordered a sport band for a more comfortable fit.

One of the main reasons I purchased the Fitbit is that it was to analyze my sleep patterns. At first it worked well, but it stopped giving a sleep score. I am not sure why, but it is disappointing that the sleep feature is not working as advertised.

I need to have the display on high to be able to see it, so the battery charge drops to low or very low every 2 days. I dislike "swiping" on all devices and have trouble finding the exercise I want to track on the fitbit and trouble getting it to stop randomly vibrating at me. I'm sure this is because I've got some settings wrong, but don't know which.

Great when it worked. Original strap caused a rash. Bought replacement strap which fell off all the time. Lost it after 11 months. Worked good but functions slowed after six months like syncing. Felt like it was dying before I lost it. I bought a new one.

The band is an improvement over my previous Fitbit. I like the zone detail. So far very happy with this purchase and the performance of the product.

I upgraded to the Charge 5 from the original Versa. I wanted all the bells and upgraded technology in a tracker. It checked all the boxes. The EKG feature was nice to have for a check every so often.

Just purchased to replace my old fitbit. Purchased 3 fitbits from Best Buy. Was able to trade old for new. All were durable and were in great shape. Quality is excellent.

I've had the Charge 5 for a couple weeks now, so far i like it. Love the new color display and progress bar. The gorilla glass is great for everyday use.

I had broken my Charge 3 and needed a replacement. I liked the Charge 5 because of the larger readings and it was in color.

Replaced my Charge 2 with the Charge 5 at Christmas. The Charge 5 is easier to read the time and with the 6 months free Premium you get more features.
