More hype than value.

Bought it for my father since it marked to have irregular heart rhythm notification. However, unlike the Inspire 3 which I also bought, you have to manually go through the ECG monitor to get to your heart rhythm measurement. Nowhere in the Fitbit app does it indicated that it is done automatically (like the Inspire 3) so...not sure about this function, which was the entire reason I bought the charge 5 besides the bigger screen. It does have the high/low heart rate function, but not sure how useful this is. It does have the stress management function but since English is not the main language for the user, it is a useless additional feature.

The color screen makes it easy to see in the sunlight. The battery has provided me with 2 days of continuous use. I like the new band because it is easier to put on and seems sturdier than the previous band. I like all the tracking features that appear to be more accurate.
