    In less than a month after purchase, my new Charge 5 will not hold a charge. Took back a Luxe tha refused to pair…….after I had owned a Charge 4 for years with NO problem whatsoever.

    So far it is doing well and fairly accurate. I haven't been able to set the system to calculate # of flights (stairs/hills) as I was able to with the charge 4. The last watch died midway thru the day and the charge 5 picked up where the other stopped after syncing with my phone.

    The charger 5 is easy to use and seems to be very accurate. I like the readiness mode which lets me know that I am getting enough rest. Also the high and low heart rate notification is nice because I have a normally low rate so it held me track it.

    Stopped working after 8 months. Also, if you are a runner, the lack of a button is problematic for two reasons. One, if you need to pause the timer, the clumsy "swipe" interface means have the time the run is actually "finished", instead of "paused". Two, long sleeve shirts on cooler days routinely "paused" or "finished" tracking runs unexpectedly. Had high hopes this would be a great product as I had a Fitbit Charge 2 that was awesome . . . until it stopped working. But at least it made it about 5 years before dying.
