Overall great product. Only issue was that if you purchase it for a child, you can’t put an accurate birthdate in because it won’t let you set it up for kids. The small band is too big for kids as well

Purchased as a Christmas gift for the wife. I saw her use it a few times during the free subscription. Now its in the junk pile with the rest of her stuff.

I like the watch. The seem to be a little delicate. I've had to return two because they stopped working. The good news is Best Buy made the exchanging quick and easy.

So far I am liking this product, But there have been some glitches with it losing connectivity with transmitting texts and alerts from my phone. I have had to troubleshoot it twice with customer service

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and she loves it but couldn’t get messages on it. We took it to a Best Buy and they replaced it right away. It works perfect now and she couldn’t be happier!

My Inspire had quit working and I went for the Inspire 2. Its very similar to the previous edition, but its much more vibrant and responsive! I also like the new charger they included its much better than the last one.

I really like the tracker but even with the premier service, I can't get some of the trackers to work. and couldn't find a place to find out how. Ideas?

My wife has been very happy with this little guy, but when I say little, I mean little. She has lost it two or three times, but when she knows where it is, she is happy with how it works.

Excellent tracker with great features for a great price. Fits well and looks good. Would recommend putting a screen cover on immediately for longevity. Highly recommend.

Exactly what I needed. The app is great also. This meets all my needs. The basic functions are just what an older person needs and is great for someone who is not working out all the time!

I have been a Fitbit customer for years. My Inspire HR finally died so I went for the Inspire2. Unfortunately all the new features did not work following an IOS update so I returned it.

This product is a mix between an old-fashioned pedometer and a modern smart watch. If you don’t need all the bells and whistles of something like an Apple Watch but are fitness-minded then you will like this product.

Granddaughter loves it! She has changed the face to add a kitten face along with the time. She can read the time easily and know when she has messages on her phone by looking at her watch.

Excellent Fitbit, works well has stood up to a very active life of kids, camping, work and gardening. The only complaint she has is sometimes the "button" is inadvertently pressed when she bends her wrist backwards.

My husband and I both got one. Mine seems to be working as it should. My husband's has a hard time keeping track of his sleeping hours. Will give it a few weeks to see if it gets better.

You get what you pay for? the ux of the app is terrible and the band can irritate my skin. Also when outside in the sun, screen is too dim to see number of steps and can be glitchy.

Great tracker! The color is off-white, more of a cream color. The band is soft, feels comfortable to wear. Great app to go with the watch, fun community challenges, activity goals, and more. Overall recommend.

I am addicted to my Fitbit. But it doesnt pick up my heartrate and doesnt give me the reminders to move. Not a dealbreaker, and I'm sure i could look up an answer.

Don’t waste your money!! I bought this when it was deal of the day. You have to download the app to use the watch & there is something wrong with the app. It will NOT download! I bought it for my niece as a birthday present & she tried countless times (her mom too) & it would not work. No wonder it was a deal of the day. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME! Other reviewers said the same thing! And yes, we returned it.
