Fitbit is a disappointing company

I was looking forward to replacing my Fitbit Alta since the battery is dying. However, when I got the new Inspire 2, I found that it is not compatible with my phone and therefore no way to get the Inspire setup. There was no warning with the purchase that you needed the latest Smart Phone to work with the tracker. Also, now I know why the battery on my Alta is dying - it no longer syncs with my Smart Phone as it searches all day. It is very disappointing that Fitbit would abandon its past loyal customers. Off to find a new Brand.

Great activity tracker

I can’t say how accurate the pedometer is but it’s more accurate than my iPhone. I’ve also had a lot of luck with the sleep tracker. I think you should check this out if you are looking for way to motivate yourself to move more.

3rd Fitbit

Each one has added new features, some of which I don't use. App is the same and easy to use/individualize. Liked the band connection on the Flex better than the Inspire. Hope Fitbit continues to offer some trackers that are slim, like the Flex and Inspire. Personally don't want a watch-like device.

Quit working after 3 months.

I was basically just using it to calculate my steps and sleep. Loved it, until it died on me. It lasted 2 months & the during this time, I never got it wet or wore it doing anything too strenuous. If you purchase, I would suggest buying the warranty with it.
