The band for my Fitbit Inspire broke, so I planned to buy another as a replacement. However, the Inspire 2 was part of a Black Friday sale; I decided to try the newer model. I'm much more intentional about being active when I have a Fitbit, so I'm glad I (finally) decided to buy a new one. The battery lasts for DAYS. I literally forget that this watch needs to be charged. There was added features to this model that I'm still figuring out. The alarm feature is convenient - especially as I'm trying not to keep my phone so close to me when I sleep. I'm very happy with this purchase, and I believe you will be as well.

Love this fit bit but it’s doesn’t always keep your sleep score-seems to be lots of people have this issue it’s cool when it works and calculates your score but only works 1-2 times a week if that. Other then that it’s great!

I used to wear the first Fitbit Inspire. It worked perfect. I am a Tennis player. This one Inspire 2 much better charging for 10 days instead of 5 days. It is also connected to the Fitbit Scale or other compatible on the market. We do have a Fitbit Premium for 1 year as part of the Wellness plan. In general this sport tracker has replaced my regular watches. I have in mind to ask Santa for a Fitbit Inspire Silver Belt on Christmas holidays to wear occasionally. It is suggested to buy it. What’re you waiting for?

Don't waste your money on this. It was the absolute worst one of these that I've had. -This thing would buzz if I bent my wrist in the slightest angle. It was constantly going off. It would also go into some weird modes because of it. This was due to the two function buttons locations being right in the bend radius of any normal persons wrist. Major design flaw. - The screen would blank out and not work for days at a time. It kept communicating with my phone and I wore an Apple watch so to me that wasn't too big of a deal. But still I felt like it should have worked. - The final straw was when it died within 2 hours of a full nights charge. When it rebooted it forgot the Bluetooth connection. Oh and remember that screen blanking out thing. Yea, that's permanent now and so every time I try to resync it with my phone I can't get the secret Bluetooth code. Which renders this thing useless. Usually a Fitbit lasts me 1.5-2 years this piece of garbage barely made it to 8 months. I would have just bought another one like always just to keep the stats going on the app. But the app has gone to pot. Microsoft bought Fitbit and have made fast work of destroying anything that made it a good app. So now not only is the hardware garbage but the software and app are as well. Stay away, stay far away. The image represents less than 5 years of Fitbit hardware just to maintain stats on the app. And those are just the ones that I kept. There were three others that I don't have.

I love this thing! It appeals to my obsessive nature. I did find the band a little sticky so I bought a metal one - bands are easy to change out. The only thing I find annoying is that every time I bend my wrist a certain way it triggers the side button. Battery life is great and charges fast.

I love Fitbit products. I upgraded from the inspire to the inspire 2. I love the quality, size and works for what I need it for. The brightness of the screen is really good too. I have no complaints and will continue to use Fitbit products.

Inspire 2 is a simple heart rate tracker. It works well but frequently bumps against my wrist and switches to water lock mode. I just clear it back to the time/date watch face. The Zagg screen protector is easy to apply.

Microsoft has made this a useless item. The hardware doesn't last that long anyway. See the image, that represents 5 years worth. Oh and there are 3 more of these that aren't pictured. The only reason to keep buying these crappy little devices was to keep my stats going on the Fitbit app and to join exercise challenges with my family and friends. Yes they were that good to keep me buying a new watch every year or so. But Microsoft has removed all those cool aspects of the app. Since I already have an Apple watch that can keep up with step counts, hear rate, and the likes, I have no need to buy another one of these. Stay away, stay far away.

Terrible compared to the Alta HR--very poor design

Problems with Inspire 2: 1. No clock face is available with HEART RATE big enough to read easily. 2. As per my comments in the Fitbit community, I want to choose the screens I see and do not see on my fitbit. And to choose the order in which I see them. Like my old Alta HR. Inspire 2 does not let you do this. 3. Swimming, the Inspire 2 does not count laps correctly. Even if I change the distance in yards, it does not change the number of lengths or allow me to edit them, so the swim does not compute correctly. 4. Swimming, I want to know my heart rate. Can I turn my wrist to see it? No. 5. The app is currently not working correctly for manually adding swim distance (see photo). This is not unique to the inspire 2, just another example of fitbit not keeping up with product support. In summary there are a lot of problems going on here. I am returning my fitbit inspire 2

I have never been more frustrated in my life! Changing bands on this device is simply ridiculous. This is the second time I've TRIED to change band. Been over an hour and a lot of tears and still notable to secure it. Fitbit Never again. And the battery life is nowhere near what it claims.
