My wife loves it and is very happy with it........

I bought this for my mom for Christmas present, the only thing she’s ever been interested in is what She gets for sleep, will it stop tracking to sleep. My mother is not technical so although I fixed it a couple times myself, it just stops working for one reason or another and I don’t know why, if she’s doing some thing if this is just bad… I’ve had other Fitbit and it’s also stopped talking to sleep for one reason or another.

I bought this for my elderly mom and she gets so upset when it does not have all her steps. I wanted this fit bit to give location in the app and it does not but maybe because I didn’t upgrade to premier. i t need improvement

The vibration used for alarms is very weak. I’ve missed it many times and not strong enough to count on waking me up either. Disappointed as that is one of my top features for buying the Inspire 2.

Surprisingly hard to download the software, and the lack of instructions to operate really slows down the experience. It appears it is better than just a step counter and pulse reader, but only time will tell.

This fitbit is not like my Alta 2. The face is too small...can't see time on a bright day and overall I'm not satisfied with it. Fitbit please bring back the Alta.

The watch itself was great. I just couldn't see it to read the numbers. I returned it and later I bought the Versa 2 watch. I can see the numbers on that.

It got broken from the strap hanging just some some day after the expiration warranty. Difficult to read it during the day light.

Product is not that user friendly. The features are good, but the prompts for the features/functions are not intuitive. The band is comfortable and the the overall product looks good.

I like it, but I've had a couple issues. It doesn't go on with the flick of the wrist, and now it doesn't alert me to messages or steps (when I hot 10,000. Very frustrating.

My experience with Best Buy in porter ranch has been bad. The merchandise has not been great either but biggest complaint is about the store manager at the location. Not friendly with the progressive leasing purchases. He was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I felt like he challenged. I said I was unhappy, he told me: he was unhappy too.. he felt the same way I did. It was bad, odd but bad.

Doesn't work as well as I had hoped, but it is useful. Doesn't record my whole workout or my full night's sleep. Also harder to use than I expected.

Its ok. Had problems getting it to connect with my android cell phone. Still can't get certain functions to work. Don't really like the way it tracks sleep.

Screen difficult to read, hard to scroll between readings.

There are better options with more features at around the same price range. My wife found this very limited and complicated.

The product worked well, but the band is very difficult to fasten.

Not as easy to use as my old one. Do like the larger screen. Problems finding a non-silicone replacement band.

Its cool. But I have to get a better one. Maybe I will get another for my Bday.

Decent assesory in aiding fitness and wellness. Im not extremely impressed with the device, its meh.

Hard time for it to reconnect to my phone when I've been disconnected from bluetooth. Have to "add new device" to the app for them to sync. And sometimes when I try to pair the phone and watch, it says i need to have the app in order to proceed which was previously done but still doesnt help in connecting. Sometimes the watch doesn't appear as a suggested item to connect to bluetooth which is annoying. Also, the sensors on the sides are EXTREMELY SENSITIVE. Any little movement triggers the watch to vibrate which makes me think its a notification when it isn't.
