I love the fitbit brand, but they are no longer very compatible with my iPhone

Bought for my grandma who is 75 she loves it and follows the app

Seems to be ok but hard to set up. Not very user friendly.

I am quite disappointed in this Fitbit. It is difficult to read, doesn’t seem to accurately track steps and appears to have a very different sense of exercise (walking) than the Inspire HR. My daughter tried it for a couple of days this week, and she is very tech savvy, and was also frustrated with it. I replaced it with the Fitbit Inspire HR, which I have had for years. Wish I could return the inspire 2.

Despite numerous attempts to pair this watch with an existing Fitbit account, we were unsuccessful & returned the product. Programming of Fitbit products needs to be improved.

If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. This device only lasted 7 months before the battery started to drain continually and finally heating up so much on my wrist that it caused a slight burn. Now it needs to charge up every few hours. Totally not the type of Fitbit I've had in the past. Fitbit did try to give me a refund but it involved many steps to get there. Would rather just throw it away and find another brand with good review. Bye Fitbit!

it is very hard to see, not bright enough to hardly read the numbers lit up, and you can not see the tiny stuff at all. had to use the phone app to read any readings.

It is either not working properly, or isn’t syncing with my Fit bit app. It doesn’t appear to track my sleep as I would like it to!

Could never it to sync with my apple phone. Had to give it away. The person selling it knew nothing about it. I wouldn't buy another one.

Literally could not see the time even in a darker space. Took it back and exchanged it for a much better watch.

One of the bands ripped already not happy. I had to go on amazon buy more bands which are pretty cheap looking!!! Other than the band tearing the fit bit is good

Bought this for my mother. She said she a really bad side effect which I never knew you could get with these. She got a bad chest pain and headache. So just keep that in mind when buying these. Which I never knew could happen after doing some research online. Bought another one for mother in law. Hopefully she doesn’t have same thing and can come back with a better review. If not will have to return second one as well

Product does basic tracking, and abilities. You get more bang for your buck with Apple Watch by far.

We have had Fitbit’s in the past and love them. I got this one for my mother for Christmas and every time she looked at it it showed DND (Do not disturb) she would adjust it but no matter what was always displaying DND. After checking reviews found to be a problem with this model. Returned this one and ordered Inspire HR as it was not in store. Hopefully won’t have any issues with that one.

Hard to conect, lots of apps involved, it took a lot of time to decide which app to choose

ok for the price. but would pay more for a better fitness tracker.

Watch keeps deleting steps. I brought the first one back and exchanged it for a second one. The replacement watch is just as bad as the first watch - it deletes steps and over the last two days it stopped tracking sleep stats. Rebooting etc. did not help.

Not their best product. I do not recommend purchasing.

This item performance was poor. It started flashing green lights on the back of the watch continually and would not hold a charge. Best Buy refunded my purchase -No problems there. Thank-you Best Buy.
