It syncs well with my Fit Bit One. I still wear my Fitbit one to work every day with my dress clothes so that it doesn’t show. So combining the use of the two gets me the result I was looking for

I use it mainly to track steps, sleep, and heart rate. It does a pretty good job. I did end up switching out the strap for an elasticized one, as it just suits my needs better & feels more comfortable.
