This is the bottom tier model, so maybe that improves the higher you move up the line. It is comfortable, and minus some scratches, it seems fairly durable

Great features for the sale price. Best Buy was easy to work with both on the ordering side and return of a defective Charge 5 model.

Only gripe is there are things like alarms that you can only set through the website or app
