I recommend getting FitBit Premium to take advantage of everything the tracker offers. I don't recommend wearing the tracker underwater. My tracker stopped working ~18 months after I bought it so consider getting a protection plan when you buy yours!

I did call their Customer Service, and he was helpful in getting the sleep feature installed and operating. So far I'm pleased with the Sleep feature. I also wanted to track the distance I walk the dogs, and am finding this accurate.
