    This particular one broke within a week of getting. Went to talk to associate in local store and she was great. Nothing major, just where the prong goes it chipped and prong would no longer stay in. Replaced immediately and haven’t had any issues with the new one.

    I love the watch. Really help me with my weight loss. My only problem is that the screen is getting dimmer and dimmer over time. Not sure why even after charging.

    I love this device. It is sturdy and waterproof. I also really like the alarm option that allows me to wake to an alarm without the rest of the house hearing it. A trail subscription to the Fitbit premium app was included, which is super useful and informative.

    So far so good. I got it for my 7 year old. The only downside is the screen isn’t anti scratch so I got a cover on Amazon for the screen. It’s good for a not so active adult and child. It’s motivating and helps keep people healthy which is nice.
