It was helping in finding and then tracking a consistently high heart rate that we are looking into further.

Not as good as apple watch

Like other wearable devices, it is too bulky and not worth the pain of having to strap it on every day. I prefer the fitness statistics from Apple Watch over the statistics given in the Fitbit app

Since it is so thin, it doesn't look overly clunky on your wrist and it works really well. I also connect to the Fitbit app in case it is too sunny outside to see what the screen says.

The display does not always come on when needed and if there’s a sound of water in the background it on medically wants me to water lock it. It’s not necessary.
