This product stopped working after having it for a year and 2 months. It was just over the 1 year warranty. The battery would drain from 100% to 0% in 7 hours and happen over night. I contacted their support team and all they did was send me a link to a generic article to change settings such as GPS and notifications. I had neither enabled in the first place and the Fitbit used to last about a week before I had to charge it. I looked online to trouble shoot and this is apparently a common issue. I tried to factory reset and nothing improved. I have been a fitbit member for over 5 years and upgraded to different trackers over time. Since I was past the warranty period they could not send a replacement and could only do a 35% discount. This is clearly a product defect and unacceptable. There are many fitness trackers to choose from. I could have gotten an Apple Watch with the money I have spent on their trackers over time. I will be making the switch since Fitbit support is lacking and product is subpar.

It registers exercise when you aren't. It told me i burned 400 calories shore fishing for 30 minutes. I was seated the entire time. The app is buggy, premimum has more features and more bugs. Heres what works, it tells time, and your heart rate. The app does have a food journal.

Watch doesn’t always work correctly. Can’t turn off certain features and some just stop working for no reason.

This Fitbit is really convenient and easy to use. The size of the Fitbit is perfect.

I am having problems with the device. I took it to Best Buy this afternoon. Hopefully it is working now.

Good for the most simplistic person who doesn't mind a cheap looking device. Or wants something small and not so noticeable. I LOVED the Fitbit app however. Id recommend other Fitbit designs unless you want something small. Whoop band, Garmin for the serious athletes. For fitness enthusiasts and want more cool features, Ive been really enjoying Apple Watch.

Fits well, easy to use and sync. Bought as Valentine’s Day gift. She loved it.
