Was gift for the wife and she especially liked that it can be worn both as a watch or clip on which she prefers because she already wears and apple watch.

The only complaint I have about it is I have to take it off my wrist to read it. I walk in the mornings and I want to know how many steps, etc.

I have always loved fitbit products. My husband and I have a fitbit watch and we decided to buy some for our families this year. I bought this one for my mom.

Easy to setup and great for everyday use. As a gift, havent gotten any negative feeback. Is easy to read and understand what the watch is tracking

Replaced an older model to enable more reporting elements of my workouts, sleep and daily functions related to activity.

I'll not likely ever use BestBuy's ship to home ever again. The shipping service they use faked the delivery information. After showing "delivered" in BestBuy's system the package they sent via "Shipt" didn't show up until the next day. I already have an issue with package theft. The BestBuy's shipping will make resolving any possible loss issue much harder. I don't need to fight both package thieves and bestbuy shipping.

For the price it was perfect but I had to return it... Purchased for my granddaughter but watch was to advanced for her age....

Bought this for my parents and they thoroughly enjoy it. It's keeps them motivated to move more and they like how it synced to their smartphone

I miss my Fitbit 2 this replace is because of screen easy setup connected and updated my information on the app

I think it probably works fine but it was a Christmas gift for my wife and I have no idea if she’s ever even used it.

This Fitbit functions great. Like all the features and also the fact that the width of the band is just the right size.

Needed a new fitbit as mine was not staying on my arm. As usual they have made some good changes on it, and like it.

Can't get to work with my computer, It does stay charged up 10 days. Only using it as a watch.

Initial item purchased would not connect with my phone so Best Buy replaced it at no cost.

Like my Fitness tracker. Wish the screen was a little bit bigger so it was easier on the eyes. I has a great manual with it.
