Left a rash on my hand and haven’t wore it since. But it still tells me how many calories and stuff I’ve burnt only needed to check because I’m an athlete and wanted to fix my diet

It wasn't turning on for the first week, I had to google the solution, after trying for hours I was finally able to reset it, and it works fine now.

This is the 2nd Fitbit Inspire 2 I have bought! The first one, the band broke at the tracker connection and I was unable to fix it. Thinking it was me, I just bought a new one, however, the connection broke again! There is very little holding the band in place and the plastic breaks pretty easily. Also, the buttons on the side are frustrating to use. I do not recommend this device at this time!

My experience with Best Buy in porter ranch has been bad. The merchandise has not been great either but biggest complaint is about the store manager at the location. Not friendly with the progressive leasing purchases. He was one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I felt like he challenged. I said I was unhappy, he told me: he was unhappy too.. he felt the same way I did. It was bad, odd but bad.

I like it, but I've had a couple issues. It doesn't go on with the flick of the wrist, and now it doesn't alert me to messages or steps (when I hot 10,000. Very frustrating.

I gave this a 3 star because you can not see the time when outside & I think it is a pain to have to squeeze the side to turn it on to see the time or any thing else.

Doesn't work as well as I had hoped, but it is useful. Doesn't record my whole workout or my full night's sleep. Also harder to use than I expected.

Would not sync with my phone though it said it did. No activity recorded. Waste of money.

Not very durable. Doesn't keep track of anything after a month of use. Sad I missed return date by 3 days....

Its ok. Had problems getting it to connect with my android cell phone. Still can't get certain functions to work. Don't really like the way it tracks sleep.

Purchased for long time FitBit user and returned after a few days. Screen is not sensitive and inconsistent connectivity with phone. Would not recommend.

Great for telling time but over time (18 months) some of the functions have slowly died.

Will not stay connected by Bluetooth. Of course happens after return period of 15 days ended.

As of this day, it will no longer read my heartrate, which was the reason i bought it. Store employees recommended it and it is basically junk.

It is a little too narrow and rolls on the wrist. The touch screen controls are not the best.

Overall a great product. Th only reason for a 3 star rating is that you cannot see the screen in daylight

The setup with my phone was the worst I have encountered. Even the so-called expert I called couldn't get it to work. I returned the item.

The Fitbit Does not record steps immediately It can take up to an hours or more for the steps to record I would nor recommend this Fitbit

Screen difficult to read, hard to scroll between readings.
