I’ve exchanged it once because the heart/steps info wasn't showing up on the screen and it wasn’t keeping track. Within 3 months it’s now not showing the current heart rate again. I workout regularly and the whole point was to track activity. Now I can’t even do that. I can’t even return this anymore, and after I charge it at night to 100%, halfway through the day it dies. What a waste of money. Wish I could give it NEGATIVE STARS!

It is impossible to use it outdoors because you cannot see the screen in the sun. The watch is very quirky and doesn’t always work the same way. The battery doesn’t last very long. It is intrusive and keeps annoying you with reminders. If you want to watch to use when you’re sitting in your house and doing absolutely nothing and never going in the sun try this watch otherwise I’m going to dispose of it and I ordered a different brand. I’m very disappointed with this product and I’m sorry I bought it
