I returned it. I did not like it, it was hard to use.

Bought as a gift for my wife. We just got back from returning it. Way too many hours spent on line with fit bit attempting to correct what is apparently a software bug. Further bad news in that I bought as a black Friday sale and an even exchange was not possible. So, faulty product, no exchange and to replace would have been more money. No thanks.

I am quite disappointed in this Fitbit. It is difficult to read, doesn’t seem to accurately track steps and appears to have a very different sense of exercise (walking) than the Inspire HR. My daughter tried it for a couple of days this week, and she is very tech savvy, and was also frustrated with it. I replaced it with the Fitbit Inspire HR, which I have had for years. Wish I could return the inspire 2.

Fitbit failed to connect with my android phone. Failed to sync the data. Can not play or pause music. Only good for tracking time. To make the situation worse, the screen went blank. Did reset the device but did not work. The product is returned. Very poor battery life. You can have a better smart band experience from other available cheaper options in the market.

By the time I mastered use, it stopped working. 3 days after the last date to return to the store. I've tried to get info on how to return to manufacturer but keep getting stuck in online loop. $100 WASTED!

Despite numerous attempts to pair this watch with an existing Fitbit account, we were unsuccessful & returned the product. Programming of Fitbit products needs to be improved.

The screen does not come on when I turn my fist and it is not bright, and hard to read. Cannot find info in manual online to help remedy it and customer service chat is too busy to connect with me. Very disappointing.

If I could give it a 1/2 star I would. This device only lasted 7 months before the battery started to drain continually and finally heating up so much on my wrist that it caused a slight burn. Now it needs to charge up every few hours. Totally not the type of Fitbit I've had in the past. Fitbit did try to give me a refund but it involved many steps to get there. Would rather just throw it away and find another brand with good review. Bye Fitbit!

it is very hard to see, not bright enough to hardly read the numbers lit up, and you can not see the tiny stuff at all. had to use the phone app to read any readings.

I got this as a gift for my wife. It is designed to be "swimproof, so you can wear it in the shower, pool and beyond." Out of habit, my wife never put it in the water until last week, when she forgot to take it off. It was about a 5 minute swim....after that surprise surprise, water got into the tracker and stopped working. Trying to get my warranty with Fitbit, but it has been a hassle up till now.

Purchased for kid as ace model was too childish. Inspected packaging for any privacy standards. None. Turns out my child is to young and cannot add him as a user on this watch. There needs to be disclaimers on box! Only other option is to lie on age and create a separate account so google can illegally track child’s habits.

Completely inaccurate. I've utilized Map My Run with this to get a feel for how accurate this product is, and it fails to record about 25% of the distance traveled. Also, calories burned is woefully inaccurate. My wife did a 30 minute work on her treadmill, and it told her that it burned well over 1,000 calories. She was not sprinting for 30 minutes, maybe 5.5 MPH run. The display cannot be seen if you're out in daylight without really blocking out any source of light. For the money, this product is inferior to its' competitors.

Do not recommend battery life is horrible and the device seems to never go off when sleeping the screen always lights up. Keep away from this product.

Not thrilled with this fitbit. Hard to change the strap; and very sensitive buttons on both sides that change settings with a slight tap.

Did not care for this product. Did not track my steps accurately. I found my old 5 yr old Samsung watch and it is way more accurate than this one.

I have worn a Fitbit in the past and needed to finally replace it. However, my main reason for wearing is to keep check on my heart rate as I am an AFib patient. The last one wasnt exact but always close. This one is absolutely the worst. I said rate was 124 one day and when I used my BP machine, it was 55??? Also a number of other times. Useless . . I stopped wearing it.

It is either not working properly, or isn’t syncing with my Fit bit app. It doesn’t appear to track my sleep as I would like it to!

Could never it to sync with my apple phone. Had to give it away. The person selling it knew nothing about it. I wouldn't buy another one.

Literally could not see the time even in a darker space. Took it back and exchanged it for a much better watch.

This item is HORRIBLE! It has this feature that whenever you move your wrist it vibrates and it drives you crazy! The feature water lock takes care of that but the downside is you don’t get messages, phone calls, or notifications. So really what’s the use of getting it it you can’t use all its features because you have to lock it to prevent it from buzzing? Don’t get it it’s not worth it and you’ll regret it!
