I have had this for a little over a month and it stopped working. I have to pay to send it to California and after they look at it they will let me know.

One of the bands ripped already not happy. I had to go on amazon buy more bands which are pretty cheap looking!!! Other than the band tearing the fit bit is good

Worked fine for a year then just stopped. Couldn’t do a hard restart or save it so good option if you want to spend $225/year on a watch. Support was unable or willing to help fix it, either. No water damage and no help from Best Buy or Fitbit!

It continuously logs my driving as steps, would’ve returned if my kids had not ruined the packaging.

Lasted less than 6 months, not Best Buys fault, needed to contact Fitbit, poor customer service

The FitBit never really functioned properly. The step wouldn't reset daily and the display didn’t always work.

Very tiny in a big hand. Works as per descriptions. The screen is not viewable outside in the sunlight.

Bought this for my mother. She said she a really bad side effect which I never knew you could get with these. She got a bad chest pain and headache. So just keep that in mind when buying these. Which I never knew could happen after doing some research online. Bought another one for mother in law. Hopefully she doesn’t have same thing and can come back with a better review. If not will have to return second one as well

Got this Fitbit delivered quick from Best Buy at a great price. Easy to read & wear. I can easily monitor bpm, mileage/steps and calories burned.

Product does basic tracking, and abilities. You get more bang for your buck with Apple Watch by far.

We have had Fitbit’s in the past and love them. I got this one for my mother for Christmas and every time she looked at it it showed DND (Do not disturb) she would adjust it but no matter what was always displaying DND. After checking reviews found to be a problem with this model. Returned this one and ordered Inspire HR as it was not in store. Hopefully won’t have any issues with that one.

Hard to conect, lots of apps involved, it took a lot of time to decide which app to choose

I didn’t find it to be comfortable and the set and readings not that great.

I can’t get it to work right!! I’ve tried many times. I’ll keep trying, Best Buy Is quite a distance!

You can not see the numbers when your outside, The sun blinds the reading.

Got this to track fitness. Went to Antelope Island on an off-road bike ride, and it's readings were that I was basically sitting at home on the couch the whole time. Friends had the apple watch and those worked perfectly, this cheaper alternative simply didn't do the job, at all.

Disappointed. It appears someone elses info from 2019 is reflected when I pull up my progress. Since I just purchased the watch, which I was told was new, in Jan. 2022. I Like the watch, but i only want my info bot someone elses.

ok for the price. but would pay more for a better fitness tracker.

Watch keeps deleting steps. I brought the first one back and exchanged it for a second one. The replacement watch is just as bad as the first watch - it deletes steps and over the last two days it stopped tracking sleep stats. Rebooting etc. did not help.

Not their best product. I do not recommend purchasing.
