I know when I receive a phone call but this day and age it is about the text. I have done the troubleshooting but nothing seems to work.

Fitbit is terrible

Frustrated with Fitbit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased Inspire 2 March 2021. Although it still syncs to my phone, the screen is completely black. I have tried everything it tells you online to get the screen to work again, it still does not work. I joined the fitbit forum and discovered that this is a common problem. This is my 5th fitbit of different types, band problems, battery problems and now screen problems. The fitbit Company clearly does not care about their products.

Unreadable ripoff.

The display (except for clock) is almost totally a useless icon. The data is barely readable when setting down & useless when exercising. We are returning ours to the store if we don't just through it away.
