    I bought this fitbit because I lost my previous one. I've found this Fitbit to not be comfortable over long periods of time and now only use it when I got exercising, however when it comes to swimming the Inspire 2 needs to be told when you start your swim and when it has ended which was puzzling because I thought it was able to detect that automatically. The worst part is that the Inspire 2 once wet does not respond and is very difficult to control and tell it when the exercise has finished. Overall this fitbit has proven useful but is not what I normally expect from wearing a fibit. Perhaps later models will address these issues.

    The service at Best Buy is great but it has issues when used for swimming! I bought this one because it has the water lock but even after I have been out of the water for days it keeps vibrating and says water lock. Again Best Buy was great but the product has an issue as there are forums for the water lock
