It is hard to read. I have to squeeze the sides of the device to light the face. On my previous device I could just turn my wrist to light the face. I am a little disappointed but my history for the last several Years is accessible and that is invaluable to me.

Glad I finally caved! This one is easy enough and user friendly enough that Were considering buying one for my 87 year old grandmother. I also work retail and it’s pretty much unbreakable. It goes through hell daily and still works great.
