Garbage. I bought this to sync with the Strava app so that I could monitor my heart rate. The gps is annoyingly consistently inconsistent. It drops sync and will short mileage on my rides. Won't share the data with Strava, after my rides I have remove it from my wrist so that the exercise monitor will stop. When I'm finished I can't stop the session on the inspire. VERY unreliable. Typical google product. Needless to to say I was very disappointed when I found out it was a google product(I did not know this at time of purchase), otherwise I never would have purchased this product

    Anoying unexpected notifications

The product firmware has an error that keeps bugging my wife with unexpected notifications, even if she says to keep quiet. My wife would like to return to get Fitbit Charge 4, but we bought it on Black Friday, and now the price difference does not worth it. So she will keep it.

It works pretty well, I’ve been using it work a good month maybe a bit more. The only issues I have with it is that the brightness is really low when it’s sunny outside so I can’t see the face. And the water lock, I just have issues with getting it unlock at times

I got this to replace my very basic Flex model that didn't have a display. I need something basic since i play beach volleyball with it and i need a low profile model that is waterproof for swims in the lake between matches. This seemed rugged enough but this Inspire 2 is so buggy. None of the notification settings will keep longer than a month. I returned the 1st one thinking mine was defective but this has the exact same issue. So now none of the notifications including the one to alert you to move works. Really disappointed that i can't get the old cheap flex again as this is a beta version at best.

Like the watch interface and the added information. The only problem is the Bluetooth interface is often lost between this Fitbit and my iPhone and must be reinstalled frequently.

This is only good if if you wear it on your non dominant hand and in the settings set it as your dominant hand. Be aware that if you're a musician like me it will count false steps whether if it's playing the guitar or the piano or just tapping on the table

Horrible, Please keep in mind I only used the watch for work. purchased Dec 6 and went to put it on for January 18th screen was black and wouldn’t turn on. Went of Fitbit website had to do all these trouble shooting nothing worked. Had to call Fitbit had to return the Fitbit sent it out January 22nd now I have to wait until they receive the item and then within ten day of them receive the watch they will send me a new one. However this is an on going issue with these watches so most likely it going to happen again. I can’t return the watch to Best Buy because it not within the 14 day return policy. I’m stuck with the watch. I guess I will keep returning it to Fitbit until they won’t let me anymore. Terrible bug issue. Save your money buy something else.

I would not recommend purchasing this Fitbit. I had the Alta HR and loved it! When it stopped charging I was forced to buy a new one and this was the closest to what I had. Unlike the Alta HR the screen does not display time or messages when you move your wrist to look at it. You have to interact with the screen and even then a Water Lock (which I have no idea what that is) appears and you have to interact again to see any information. Sometimes it will vibrate for no apparent reason. And lots of times it does not vibrate when I get calls or texts. Really unhappy with how non-user friendly this is. It’s a step backwards, not forwards in design.y next activity tracker will be an Apple Watch after this lemon.

Okay for overall tracking, but very uncomfortable to wear. I don’t feel I get an accurate reading. Anytime I’m working out with weights or bend my wrist to do things, it vibrates like crazy because of the dual sided touch. Will probably return for a different Fitbit.

I bought this for my friend for her birthday #70 and she absolutely loves it! She had fallen and broke her other one so I took her to Best Buy where I knew they carried them and let her pick it out. She tells me all the time that she is so glad she has it. Thank you Best Buy!

I purchased the Fitbit for myself to use while on the Weight Watchers program. It has worked really well and encourages me to get those steps in as well as being able to see up to the moment information.

I really wanted to love the inspire 2 because the slim and lightweight design is great. I own a Versa 2, which I love, but it can feel bulky when sleeping and I like to track my sleeping habits. Now, the Inspire 2's tracker itself was very disappointing. The sides are far too sensitive. A simple flex or bend of my wrist would cause the tracker to buzz, leading me to believe I had a notification, but in actuality it had set the Do Not disturb feature. The steps were also very inaccurate and setting it to my dominant hand did not help. I returned the inspire and went with the Charge-4.

The Fitbit inspire 2 has lived up to its name! I’ve had it for about a month and a half and it has turned out to be the inspiration I need to get out and moving almost every day! Who knew surpassing 10K steps each day would make one feel so accomplished? I highly recommend.

Very convenient if you’re looking just for something like this and not anything compared to an Apple Watch otherwise an Apple Watch does way more same is practically a phone. This is solely for exercise and tracking steps!

No sleep scores after first two weeks.

Sleep score worked only from initial startup on 7/3 through7/15/22. After charging the Fitbit fully on 7/15, NO sleep scores through 8/7/22. We were on vacation so getting back- I reset multiple times, looked through the Fitbit online help and then called 1-877-624-4997 beginning 8/2, three calls one case # 46295446 with no change/no improvement. So by the the time I now wait/waste trying to get this NEW device working Best Buy will not exchange on 8/7 and I'm at the mercy of Fitbit and their customer service hasn't been working out so we'll. Thumbs down.

This was gift for my daughter in law for Christmas. She loves it. The app on your phone lets you look at sleep habits, steps, heart rate etc. She really enjoys it. Also got one for my son. He always enjoys it. Would recommend getting the large band if you have a bigger wrist.

I wanted to like this fitness tracker, its small, slim, it has great battery life. Then I hated it. If you wear your watch tight, it will trigger accidental vibrates because there are no buttons - there are sensors on both sides and when both come into contact with skin, it’ll vibrate. and vibrate. and vibrate some more. There’s not much improvement over the first one, so its just not worth $100, I would buy this for $50 or less. There are tons of other fitness trackers out there (Galaxy Fit2, for $60 or less) that does the same thing, with a colored screen and no accidental vibration.

This was for a 5th grader. His Inspire 2 didn't last more than 6 months, so let's hope this last longer. Pros: UI is okay. Easy to use. Great battery life. Cons: App is okay Charging cable is too short

To me this is a mid basic tracker. I like this tracker especially for the Black Friday price. It has on a display screen to track steps et. It also has a few exercise modes and tracks the heart beats. Get it if you don't need the functions of a smart watch,
