    I had an older model and gave it away as it was not connecting correctly. This new model works much better.

    I wanted a very basic smartwatch and bought this. When they couldn't manage to pair it to my phone in store, I took it home and got that done fairly quickly. Then I discovered that contrary to what I'd been led to believe, it was simply a fitness tracker that also showed the time. Fine for anyone only wanting that, but I took it back and exchanged for a "real" smartwatch.
