the tracker is alright. very basic. no HR monitoring.

Gives you all the basic information with out any thrills

Good overall product for activity workouts day to day.

I returned the Inspire Activity Tracker because it was too complicated to set up and I had to give out more personal information than I felt was warranted for my purposes.

I would give this a better review, but it stopped working after a year like most of my Fitbit products have. It is worth the money to get an Apple Watch if you can afford it.

Spent days trying to make this thing work and got very frustrated. Finally went to the Nerd guy for help because I didn't want to pay a reshelving fee of more than half the price. He couldn't make it work either. He gave me the choice of getting another one (I don't think so!) or trading up to an Apple Watch. Got the Apple.

Bad purchase. Item is already not working not displaying correctly.

This is the third FitBit I’ve purchased and while I’m happy with the tracker and software, the bands are poorly designed. This is the worst of the three; the piece designed to “snap” into the holes was difficult to lock into place and broke within a week of simple on/off usage. More frustratingly, the replaceable bands are not compatible with earlier versions, so I can’t simply swap with an older one. The older Alta band was much more functional so switching to this flimsier less functional version is a significant design flaw.

I don’t like this item. It gave me a hell of problems syncing with my phone. I wanted to return it but figured it wasn’t worth my while. It looks nice but...

Does not track steps accurately. Doesn’t light anymore with a flick of the wrist and is too hard to read outside. Isn’t worth it 1 month

I've already had to purchase a new one. Died after only 4 months of use. That's not heavy outdoor use either. Maybe try a different one.

Did not last long, in 1 year it had to be replaced twice. Fitbit replaced no problem though under their warranty.

The wrist band on this tracker is horrible. Two of the bands broke in 1 week.

Does not always record sleep patterns from the start and does not vibrate hard enough to alert me every time

Was never able to use, never connected to my phone.

I bought this as a birthday gift for my 13 year old and it did not count steps when he was pushing a cart or stroller at the store but when he sat down and waved his hand it counted several I assumed because fitbit had been out for a long time it would have been more accurate on his steps so I returned it

Works for like a month and it died. Very upsetting and poor quality.

This item does not work. It’s like it has a mind of its own. I charge it and it still doesn’t work. A few days later I try charging it again and it works. It’s inconsistent and unreliable. I would return it but I threw away the box.

Battery is poor. Holds charge for two days at best. Bought clip too, which started to fall apart after three weeks. Had the fitbit one, which was much better, but discontinued. Don't waste your money on the Inspire.

Doesn't sync with laptops works great with mobile app.
