I bought this for my wife for health/wellness tracking. She loves it, still no issues to report after using for a 1.5 years.

Does everything it says...no issues as of yet and am enjoying it. Much better than the first versions. Seems to be much more durable.

So far it has worked for what I intended. It did freeze up and I had to do a soft reset. Some parts I still haven't figured out.

It is ok not that good because of its Least function. But I know price is also less so it is ok for beginners.

Love the fit bit line. Have gotten a bunch over the years for both me and others Nd have never been upset by a purchase.

I love this Fitbit. The color is so pretty. I like that you can change what you see on the display just by tapping the display.

It worked well for my apps I wanted to use. I fell out of using it, but I enjoyed using it while I did. It was also a good motivator.

Bought this and started walking. Downloaded the app and can track all kinds of stuff. It will keep you moving through out the day. What a game changer!

This is a great activity tracker watch for me. I am not a big tech person and I am able to figure out all the features. I love it now can log my food !

This thing is indestructible! I’ve had it for nearly a year, wear it nearly every day, and it is still going strong.

My son turned 10 recently and asked for a watch, and this one does everything he needed and more. I only wish the charging cable was longer.

Got it for my father and he absolutely loved it. Only thing could have been better is it’s ios app.

Family member has it as a gift and use it 24hours a day. The only disappoint for them is when it has to be recharged.

Was bought as a mother's day gift, and so far so good. It's quite an improvement over the early generation Fitbit model it replaced.

This is my third Fitbit product. Not as many bells as whistles as others I've had but it does what I need it to do

My wife loves being able to track her sleep, heart rate, etc. It's definitely helped her chart her changes with taking care of our baby in the night.

Does all basic tracker functions but won't pair with my Samsung galaxy phone so I can get notifications :(

IT HAS TAKEN ME AWHILE TO LEARN HOW TO USE BECAUSE OF LOTS OF AREAS TO EVALUATE. I LIKE IT HELPS ME TO MOVE EXERCISE MORE.

The actual Fitbit is a nice product with nice features. The charger however is awful. The cord is super short and the magnet is super weak and there is no clip as part of it to hold the watch in place and keep it attached to the charger like the other Fitbit models have had. Have not had a chance to try it’s waterproof abilities because unfortunately it simply stopped charging on day 16. I tried different bases, outlets, positioning, etc. and nothing worked. Not sure if it’s the unit or the charger, but I was left with a dead Fitbit in just over two weeks. To add insult to injury, this when I discovered that the Best Buy return policy is 15 days! And the sales person in the store on day 18 said sorry, there is nothing they can do. If I had realized that in advance, I would have purchased it from another store. Very disappointed in the product, the policy and the customer service.

None of the Fitbit web pages indicate the count of flights of stairs functionality, especially the Inspire and Charge 3. So no option is available to properly compare functionality between devices and you don't see that this is not available on the Inspire, until you buy it. Baad salesmanship from Fitbit, hiding important information such as this and then charging $50 more if you want stairs count.
