Perfect for people who don't know how to use smart devices, but still want to

Bought in august for a fitness class, worked fine up to about 3 months later. the counter stopped counting steps, touch screen still works, the heartbeat doesn't work. would i buy again....probably not since i only bought it for school. i would rather buy a smart watch that counts steps and has many more functions.

Gave this as a gift and they love keeping track of how many steps they put in each day

This fitbit is great for someone that wants to track their productivity during the day.

I dont really get the fit bit thing, but my sis wanted it for her bday, she loves it. Wears it everywhere!

Does a great job tracking. Syncs without being told. Looks very nice. Charge only lasts about 3 days though.

Kept old information from older Fitbit. Much more information displayed.

To start things off, it was a pain to pair with my phone and I've had to reset it multiple times and pair it again. (Could be because my phone isn't the best). Sometimes the screen freezes on the time and won't let me view anything else, it also will detect that I'm swimming when I'm at work(unfortunately I don't). Sometimes it won't detect my heart rate when I have it on, and sometimes the heart rate is pretty far off,although normally it seems to be accurate, it has its moments. It is good for counting steps, and it's not great at tracking sleep, sometimes if I'm laying or sitting around before I go to bed it'll think that I'm asleep for an extra hour or two.

I purchased this device when my old Fitbit stopped working. I could get this device to communicate with my new Samsung Galaxy A7 5G smartphone, and contacted Fitbit for help. They eventually informed me that my new smartphone was not compatible with any Fitbit tracker products. So, I returned the Fitbit Inspire HR to Best Buy. Best Buy handled the return promptly and without question. Since buying/returning the Fitbit I have tried about 6 other trackers and have settled on the Samsung Galaxy Fit (also purchased from Best Buy). The other 5 trackers I tried (and returned) were purchased through Amazon. Most of the trackers worked okay but the smartphone app that accompanied the tracker was not good (veryfitpro). So my final statement-- Fitbit has many competitors and many are better and cheaper.

Fitbit - Inspire HR Activity Tracker + Heart Rate - Black works as expected, no complaints.
