I almost bought the kid one cause it looked like it would fit and it was cheaper. Don’t do that though. Definitely splurge on the adult one. It’s worth it! I’m so glad I bought this one! No complaints.

Very disappointing replacement for Alta HR

Positives Light Cons Connection issues with Samsung Note 9 Can't read numbers - useless huge graphics Difficult to navigate Watch face choices awful Can't find battery % Harder to use than Alta Cheap looking Poor battery life I wore the Alta HR for about 18 months, but the battery suddenly started to go. I thought this band would be a good replacement, but it's being returned today. I finally found out how to check the battery life today, but it's not as intuitive as the Alta HR. I already own a smart watch, so I don't want another large device to wear for better sleep tracking. The tracker is bigger, but the screen is far more difficult to read. Useless graphics take up most of each screen, leaving the numbers tiny and very difficult to read. It seems to be pretty accurate for sleep tracking, but the lower battery life is a huge disappointment. I'm lucky if I get 3 days between charges, 2 is the norm for me. Trying to connect the device to my note 9 has been a huge challenge. I've also had quite a few sync issues, which started with the Alta. Fitbit seems to have lost what made their devices so great: accurate, light, reasonably priced fitness trackers. They just worked, but this one doesn't.

This is the second Inspire HR I have owned. The first one's screen literally died one week after my 1 year warranty expired. I bought the exact same model/color as a replacement in August 2020.. here it is 10 months later and the same thing happened to the screen-- just randomly one day after plugging it in to charge I look at it and the screen is all pixelated to the point where you can't even read the numbers on the far left of the screen. I have been attempting to reach out to FitBit's customer service for the last 3 days and have yet to be able to get through to anyone on their online chat, or receive a reply from customer service. I also attempted to do the DIY help center return authorization but the links on their website just send you in a loop and never actually take you to a form. I'm really disappointed that even after the first failure I was loyal to this company because I liked the product and now here it's happening to me again, along with the plastic tab piece for the wrist band breaking as well. Very frustrating. I don't think I will be replacing this one with another FitBit product if I can't get a resolution from their warranty dept.

My fiance and I both got Fitbit Inspires to help us with our fitness journeys. They're easy to set up, lightweight on the wrist, and worry-free since they're waterproof. The only issue I have with it is sometimes the face doesn't light up when I turn my wrist, which is supposed to happen. Also, sometimes when I'm scrolling through menus, the face will just turn off, which can be frustrating. All in all, it tracks steps fairly accurately, the app is great and has more features than I would've expected, and really helps me to see the trends of my eating habits/exercise habits vs weight loss. I paired this with the Aria scale and like them both very much!

Pass on this one. Poor design with a weak point where strap connects. I've had two with this design and both broke the same way. Find something better.

First time with a fitness tracker

HR tracking is consistently low for moderate HR when doing exercises on the elliptical trainer; however, it seems to be accurate at higher rate when jogging. Sleep feature is nice and seems to work well. Device is extremely easy to use and holds a decent charge. In terms of comfort, I have found that it is difficult to keep the device firmly in place without causing some discomfort. A snug fit seems to cause it to dig into the top of the wrist. I'm not sure how much it impacts reliability but I no longer wear it snug. This was my first time with a fitness tracker and I'm finding I really don't like to wear it all day. I just put it on when I actually work out and then take it off. I use it at night occasionally to see if I'm sleeping through the night. I would probably wear it more if I could selectively turn off the bluetooth and if it was more comfortable to wear snug.

My primary goal for a FitBit was recording activity and heart rate as I began exercising with regularity. I wanted to get used to wearing a (cheaper) device before someday purchasing an Apple Watch with greater functionality. Pros: - Comfortable, nice design; lots of great accessories available - Love the ability to record activity while swimming - Love the recording of current heart rate and resting heart rate (as much as I can trust the data) - Easily syncs with app and app has multiple ways to view data gathered - Holds charge for at least 5 days Cons: - Doesn’t always show time/display with movement - Known issue with recording sleep activity. Seems strange since earlier, cheaper model (Flex 2) recorded it in detail (seemingly accurate?). - Difficulty understanding how it syncs with phone functionality when I only twice saw things from my phone (calendar reminders)—the device does vibrate, though, when things are happening on my phone (text, call, calendar reminder)

One star removed because of the severe allergic reaction to the band that comes with it. With that said I also tried buying a replacement band at Bestbuy that was almost the price of the Fitbit. So I went to Amazon. As for the device this upgrade is perfect and sleek. I do not want a bulky device as I like to wear bracelets. Features are well thought out. I owned a Polar heart rate monitor that died within a year and needed to be wet in order to be used around your chest. Just wearing the fit works for me! My heart rate monitor keeps me in check as I monitor this due to high blood pressure. Great device overall and no technical issues thus far.

This is a great watch for those who want to track fitness without an advanced user interface. Display is in Black & White, and only scrolls down. This watch tracks all important fitness categories like Heart Rate, Steps, Sleep, etc. My only major complaint was that while the watch received notifications from my phone, they were not kept til they were cleared. There is a time limit for when you need to view them before they disapper and you must check your phone. The lack of ability to find your phone or vice versa is down grade, in my opinion, from my original samsung watch... that's common to all fitbits though But! The price is great, and the battery life is at least 5 days. Overall, this watch was well worth the money.

I had the fitbit flex 2 for years and years it was easily 5 years outdated when boom, it just fell out of the wristband. I immediately ordered this beauty. I was reluctant. I was worried about the size. But the size is good. I have quite small hands/wrists/fingers. It will work in the pool. My gosh, it tracks SO MUCH better the flex 2 I am bummed I waited so long! OBSESSED - the heart rate monitor - oh my gosh - this feature is awesome The sleep tracker is much better also than in the flex 2 - I am positive there are a bunch of features I have yet to learn, but I sure am glad I bought this beauty!

I was looking to replace my Fitbit One with something newer. The Inspire HR gave me everything I was looking for. It monitors sleep, heart rate, steps and exercises. It is also water resistant. The only downside is it doesn't do stairs which I had tracked with the old model.

I had been wanting a Fitbit, over time, had been doing my "homework" to get a good idea of what would suit me best. I thought I was going to go with the Alta HR, I liked the sleekness and didn't need all the bells and whistles of some others...then, I was again checking out their website. I saw the Inspire HR for the first time. Not only was it also sleek, it did sooo much more than the Alta HR AND it was way lower in price!! First thing I did was call Best Buy to check availability! The BB closest to me didnt have my color but a store a bit away did...I was anxious to get my Inspire HR as I had just joined the gym and wanted to start tracking all of my activity asap!! So, I drove a bit further away. It is a great tracking device!! It tracks everything I want, and has features I wasnt actually aware of till really using it, getting familiar with it. I once had a charge 2...might have done more than I was familiar with, there were just certain basics I was interested in. I just knew I wanted something sleeker this time. This, I know inside and out...called customer service for a bit of assist. Now I have my wonderful, sleek, tracker...it can track any of my exercises, the stopwatch, timer...and all of the basics you want from your Fitbit. The only thing it doesnt track that my charge 2 did is stairs....and....since I dont hike, I really dont care.. Its a very nice looking, reasonably priced, exceptional tracker....a lot of bang for your buck!!

I really enjoy my first fitness tracker.. it tells me everything I want to know regarding my steps sleep tracking and other stuff. I will tell you the only thing I did not like was I can’t input my water intake directly on the tracker. I have to go into the FitBit App then enter my water intake. Also please get a screen protector for the watch because it can get scratched easily. Also you cannot add protection plans(GSP) on the Fitbit watches anymore. The battery life for me is fine. It last me about 4 days until I get the low battery light on. But I still can get at least my work day steps counted on day 5 so about another 7 hours of use.
